General FAQ


For pre-orders please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be shipped. Thereafter it will be with you in 3-5 working days.

If you order contains items that are in stock and pre-order items it will be shipped once all items are ready. 

Payments

You can choose your preferred payment option at checkout.

Available payment options are 

  • Credit/ Cheque Card via the PayFast portal 
  • EFT

If you choose PayFast, you will be directed to the payment portal and redirected back to the site once payment is complete. Processing is immediate and your in-stock items will be shipped at the next dispatch.

If you choose EFT your order will be emailed to you with banking details.

If your bank does not accept the account number, please add a single zero before the account number, in the form: 060225955

When making the EFT payment please use your order number as the reference. 

Once the amount has reflected in our bank account we will proceed with packing and shipping your items. You can accelerate this process by emailing a proof of payment to shop@princessofjozi.com

If EFT payment isn’t completed in 72 hours your order will be cancelled. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on digital items, masks, jewellery or items purchased for under R100.

Please check your Junk or Spam email folder as order confirmations and other correspondence may be filtered into these email boxes.

Delivery

Delivery costs R65 for main centres and R99 for outlying areas.

Orders over R700 qualify for free delivery.

Collection is available in Johannesburg and is free. Collection point is Westcliff, 2193.

Our courier partners are Fastway and Aramex and adhere to strict hygiene protocols.

Your items will be plastic wrapped. Please dispose of the packaging ethically.
